TravelTreks Consult ("we", "our", "us") is a travel and visa consultancy based at Adjei Ononoo Street 13, Accra, Ghana. We operate the website traveltreksconsult.com.
2. What data we collect
We collect minimal data:
- Analytics only: We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on page, general location). This data is anonymised and aggregated.
- Contact form: Our contact form does not store any data. It builds a pre-filled WhatsApp message and opens it in WhatsApp. No form submissions are stored on our servers.
- WhatsApp conversations: When you chat with us on WhatsApp, that data is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
3. No payment processing
We do not process any payments on this website. No card numbers, bank details, or financial information are collected or stored here.
4. Third-party tools
- Google Analytics 4: Anonymised traffic analytics. Governed by Google's privacy policy.
- Microsoft Clarity: Session heatmap tool. No personal data is recorded in session replays.
- Firebase (Google): Hosting and content management. Blog posts and trip content are stored in Firestore.
5. Cookies
We use cookies for analytics only (Google Analytics, Clarity). No advertising cookies are set. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
6. Your rights
You may request deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing info@traveltreksconsult.com. Since we collect almost no personal data on this site, there is likely nothing to delete.
